What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

1 unit for standard configurations. For heavy customization (custom voltage, unusual capacity, special canopy), MOQ is 2 units.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T (bank transfer): 30 % deposit, 70 % before shipment. Also accept L/C at sight for orders over USD 50,000. Western Union and PayPal for sample orders.

How fast can you deliver?

Standard configurations: 15 – 25 working days. Custom units: 30 – 45 days. Rush production (extra fee) available for standard units in 10 days.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Yes. We arrange factory tours in Chengdu, China. Airport pickup and hotel booking assistance available for serious buyers.

Which engine brands do you use?

Cummins, Weichai, Yuchai, Shangchai, Ricardo. Cummins is our most popular choice for global markets. Weichai / Yuchai for cost-sensitive markets with strong local service networks.

Can you brand the generators with our logo?

Yes. Full OEM/ODM: custom logo silkscreen, nameplate with your company name and address, canopy color match to your brand.

Do you support 60 Hz for the Americas / Philippines / Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Both 50 Hz and 60 Hz configurations are standard. Specify frequency at quote stage.

Do you handle certification for my country?

Yes. We arrange BIS (India), SONCAP (Nigeria), SASO (Saudi Arabia), EAC (Russia), CoC (multiple African countries) as part of the order. Timeline: 2 – 6 weeks depending on market.

What Incoterms do you offer?

EXW (factory pickup), FOB Chengdu/Shanghai, CIF (destination port), CFR, DDP for major markets.

How are units packed for export?

Fumigation-free plywood cases with steel reinforcement (ISPM-15 compliant). VCI anti-rust film wrapping for electrical components. 20ft / 40ft HQ container loading plans provided.

What warranty do you provide?

12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first. Extended warranty (24 or 36 months) available at additional cost.

Do you provide spare parts?

Yes. Full spare parts inventory maintained. Overseas dropshipping available with DHL / FedEx for urgent orders.

Can you send an engineer for installation?

Yes. For orders above USD 100,000 or as a paid service. Engineer travel, visa and accommodation costs invoiced separately at cost.
